Shipping & Delivery

Orders are generally fulfilled in 1–5 business days. Carrier transit estimates begin only after fulfillment and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

1. Scope and Fulfillment

This policy applies to orders placed through humanbodylimitless.com. Human Body Limitless works with independent manufacturers, fulfillment providers, and carriers to prepare and deliver orders. Orders are generally prepared for shipment within 1–5 business days after payment is accepted. Orders containing more than 200 items may require approximately 5–10 business days for fulfillment.

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. High-volume periods, inventory events, weather, emergencies, or other circumstances outside reasonable control may extend these estimates.

2. U.S. Carrier Transit Estimates

• Standard shipping: approximately 2–4 business days
• Express shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

3. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Fulfillment time and carrier transit time are separate. A standard domestic order will commonly require approximately 3–9 business days from acceptance to delivery. Express shipping shortens carrier transit but does not eliminate fulfillment time. All delivery dates are estimates. Human Body Limitless does not guarantee delivery on a particular date unless expressly stated in writing.

4. Free U.S. Standard Shipping

Free standard U.S. shipping applies to qualifying orders with a merchandise subtotal of $60 or more after discounts and before taxes. Express shipping, international shipping, and reshipment charges do not qualify unless expressly stated at checkout.

5. Shipping Charges

When free shipping does not apply, the charge shown at checkout is based on the package weight, destination, selected shipping service, and products in the order. The customer can review the charge before completing payment.

6. Tracking

When tracking becomes available, Human Body Limitless sends a shipping confirmation to the email supplied with the order. Tracking may require 24–48 hours to display movement after the label is created.

7. Address Accuracy and the Two-Hour Change Window

Customers must provide a complete and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state or region, postal code, country, phone number, and email address when requested. Email humanbodylimitless@gmail.com immediately if an address correction is needed. An address may be changed only during the first two hours after ordering and before acceptance for fulfillment. Once accepted, prepared, or shipped, the address cannot normally be changed. A change request is not guaranteed and is not effective until confirmed by Human Body Limitless.

8. Multiple Packages

Products in one order may be fulfilled separately. A customer may receive multiple packages, tracking numbers, and delivery dates. Receiving one package does not necessarily mean that the remainder of an order is missing.

9. Domestic Availability

Shipping availability is determined at checkout. Products fulfilled through the current network may be unavailable for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii. The website should not accept an order for a location that the fulfillment network cannot serve.

10. International Shipping

International shipping is available only to supported destinations displayed at checkout. After fulfillment, estimated carrier transit to supported international destinations is commonly 3–5 business days, but customs processing may cause substantial delays. International orders are generally shipped from a U.S. fulfillment center under Delivery Duties Unpaid terms. Unless checkout expressly states otherwise, the recipient is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, local compliance, and documents required for clearance.

11. Delays Outside Our Control

Carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs review, security inspections, inaccurate addresses, recipient unavailability, and events beyond reasonable control may delay delivery. A carrier or customs delay does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

12. Incorrect, Refused, or Unclaimed Deliveries

The customer is responsible for costs resulting from inaccurate delivery information, refusal, failure to collect, recipient unavailability, or nonpayment of customs charges. If reshipment is available, the customer must pay the additional shipping cost. Some international carrier packages may be abandoned or destroyed rather than returned. Such packages are not eligible for a free refund or replacement when the delivery failure is attributable to the recipient.

13. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Shipments

For a lost-package claim, contact humanbodylimitless@gmail.com no later than 30 calendar days after the estimated delivery date. Provide the order number and tracking or carrier information confirming loss. After the loss is confirmed, the customer may request a replacement at no extra product or standard shipping cost. For damage, defects, misprints, missing items, or an incorrect product, contact humanbodylimitless@gmail.com within 14 calendar days after delivery and provide the order number, explanation, photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Do not return or discard an affected product unless instructed. Keep all products and packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

14. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows delivered but the package cannot be located, check the delivery area, household members, neighbors, building management, and the carrier. Allow one additional business day for an occasional premature delivery scan. Carrier tracking that confirms delivery to the address supplied by the customer is evidence of delivery. Human Body Limitless will review available information but does not guarantee replacement for theft or loss after confirmed delivery.
